Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill

Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is undergoing a multi-phase renovation, including enhancements to guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool, and fitness center, with completion expected by fall 2025. Beginning April 13, 2025, Article One – American Grill and Article One Lounge & Bar will be temporarily relocated to the Thornton Room on the 11th floor. The venue will continue to offer breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, and full bar service, though operating hours may vary during the renovation period.The Regency Club is currently closed as part of these ongoing improvements.While we aim to minimize disruptions, some noise during working hours may be unavoidable.
