Nestled in a prime location near the majestic Swan River, Seasons Of Perth is a go-to accommodation solution for those who know Perth. This beautifully appointed hotel boasts some of the city’s most spacious and economical standard rooms, and proximity to many of Perth’s main attractions.

From the 1st July 2017, all payments made by a Credit Card will incur a 1.3% non-refundable credit card surcharge. Payments made on a credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Guest(s) will need to make arrangements at time of booking and prior to arrival if they wish for the accommodation/ incidentals to be charged in a foreign currency. A 1.3% surcharge will still apply in the case we are requested to charge in a foreign currency.
A valid photo ID is required upon check-in. Minimum check-in age of 18 years old. NO CASH is allowed as pre-authorisation and that only a valid credit card will be accepted.
We accept all major credit cards and a pre-authorisation is required upon on check-in for the total sum of accommodation plus $100.00 per night of stay to cover incidental charges including a fire-alarm call out fee of AUD $750 etc. along with valid proof of identification in the form of a current driver's license or passport.
The Seasons of Perth exercises a strict No Party Policy and reserves the right to evict guests and/or visitors from the premises of Seasons with a penalty of a full night's room rate and cleaning fee. Seasons of Perth is proud to offer a refreshing Smoke free environment. In the interest of all guests comfort and safety all rooms are non-smoking, a $400 cleaning fee is applicable for breach of this policy.
Car parking is subject to availability upon check in and is charged at $30 per day applies (one vehicle per room).
The property is only a block away from Hay Street Shopping Mall and close to all other city attractions such as theatre, nightlife and restaurants. The beautiful Swan River and Barrack Street Jetty are also within easy walking distance from the Seasons of Perth.
To complement the hotel, is the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant and bar and a variety of function facilities catering for all your needs to hold your next meeting, conference or special event.
